After 15 years working as a teacher in Gloucestershire, Roger established OSW Solutions in 2007 with the primary aim of carefully restoring original sash windows. In 2011 he formed an enduring partnership with Gary, who had spent his entire adult life since qualifying as a carpenter/joiner, working for the market-leading sash window restoration company, and the business soon began to really thrive. Since then we have grown organically to the point where we now have 4 full-time employees (Tom, Nigel, Lewis and Luke) who work alongside us and completely share our standards and values.

The combined experience of our team working specifically with sash windows is fast-approaching 100 years and we believe that our craftsmanship and consistency is second to none. We have also widened our range of services as times and priorities have changed. Therefore, from repair & restoration to replacement & double glazing, from draught-proofing to secondary glazing and even a full paint finishing service , we now offer all of the options you might be considering, to achieve the best outcome for each of your windows.
